Some photos from the 2007 Kansas City Renaissance Festival in Bonner Springs Kansas. I have been going to the festival since I was very young, and always have a great time.

Photos from the Anime Festival Wichita Convention in 2007. The convention was held in a best western with a large indoor courtyard which did not work very well as a convention space. All of the events seemed to overlap one another and overall the convention was not run very well. However, I did still have a good time and despite having to leave early on Sunday because I was getting sick, I am glad I attended.

Photos from the 2007 Naka-Kon Anime Convention in Kansas City. Being my hometown convention I may be a bit biased, but Naka-Kon is one of my favorite conventions I have been to. The convention coordinators all do a great job and seem to really enjoy putting on the convention. If I remember correctly, over 1600 people showed up to this convention which is impressive since this was the first year it was held in a convention hotel.

Photos from the Orlando Beer Festival at Universal Studios, Florida in 2002. Hundreds of different varieties of beer were available for samples in tents spread across the Universal Studio Citywalk shopping and entertainment park.

Photos from my visit to Universal Studios' Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida. I was at the park as part of a school trip from Full Sail Real World Education, where I graduated with a degree in Game Design and Programming. We spent the morning using various instruments to study the physics behind the rides, and had a tour of the inner workings of some of the rides (no pictures were allowed during this part of the visit). We had the rest of the day free, and stayed almost ill closing riding the fantastic coasters and other rides in the park.

Photos from the 2000 Otakon anime convention held in Baltimore - One of the nations largest anime conventions and the second one I attended. Travel to this convention was a nightmare due to some poor planning and difficulties with the airline, but once we were there we had a blast.
